Here’s one thing you can try today: Name your biggest energy leak.
Is it endless texts? That one friend who only calls to vent? The late-night doom scroll?
Write it down. Take one small step to patch it.
Say no with love. Put your phone in another room. Cancel that coffee you’re dreading.
Tiny boundary, massive return. For me, I protect the time that I accept calls for each areas of my life. I take calls based on my energy, unless it’s an emergency. Who decides what’s an emergency? Me.
